Diversity and Inclusion

The Endourological Society contributes to the betterment of the medical community by maintaining the highest standrds possible in all activities. The Endourological Society promotes diversity in nominations, committee members, meeting faculty and board of directors with regard to age, gender, practice type, nationality and specialty area. It creates equal opportunities for all its members ensuring inclusiveness and a fair representation of minorities and members of differing backgrounds.

The Diversity and Inclusion Committee hosted its first Webinar on February 15th, 2022 and is in the process of developing additional content to help educate our members on this important topic.
